The ham taste consists in apreciating the 10 different types of Iberian and Iberian acorn hams. An explanation iis offered about the iberian pork, elaboration of the ham and several differences and unique caracteristics of them while tasting a glass of wine. After this, a taste of all the kind fo ham will be done in a proper order enjoying the exquisite qualities and textures of the hams and their different saviors, depending on teh procedure, breading and feeding of the pork.
A wellcome drink at the beggining is the best way to start this original gastronomic activity amused with a small appetizer consisting on olives, thin dry sausage (fuet) and special crackers.
The taste of ham is served with dry Sherry or red wine. After the taste, a meal will be served to marry the most apreciate ham with othe local food selections.
All the activity can be costumised for any company with logos, flags, music, etc, and complemented with local music or shows anyhow.
